<br />No. R-89-21 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />,' C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date September 27 , 1989 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES <br />Resolved, that <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer <br /> charges against the properties hereinafter set forth, in <br /> the amounts set forth opposite the description of such <br /> properties; <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is <br /> hereby levied against each of such tracts, with an interest <br /> rate of eight percent annually, respectively; <br />3. A total amount of such special assessment, in each case, <br /> shall be payable with the 1989 real estate taxes due and <br /> payable during 1990; <br />4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the <br /> assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the <br /> proper tax lists of the County and such assessment shall <br /> in o the same manner as other <br />be collected and paid over t <br /> municipal taxes; <br />5. Tracts of land and the amount of such special assessments <br /> are as follows: (see attached) <br />6.
