CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of June, 198l~. The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, Baldwin, Hard and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 84-19 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUHLIC HEARING TO ADOPT A NE-w ZONING ORDINANCE. AND ZONING MAP WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Falcon Heights should review its zoning ordinances to assure their coafdrmance.with state and federal law and the City of Falcon Heights Comprehensive Municipal Plan; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the Planning>Commission has drafted an ordinance which repeals Ordinance No. 138 and Ordinance No. 61t and all amendments thereof and in their place provides for the regulation of land use as more fu11y'~set forth in the ordinance; and WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Ordinance the City Council will have received a written report from the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights as follows: A public hearing be set on July 11, 1981 at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of adopting a new zoning ordinance and zoning map. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, Bladwin, Hard and Chestovich, and the following voted againsty~`Fh~ same: None.
