CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day <br />of January, 1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Larson introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-5 <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT <br />BOX AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at <br />the North Star State Bank, 1820 North Lexington, Roseville, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety box in the Safe <br />Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minnesota, be <br />authrozied and confirmed for the calendar year of 1982, and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that authority to have access to said safety <br />deposit box until the first day of January, 1983, and to remove any part <br />or all of the contents, is hereby given to the following: <br />Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />Sandra G. Zarson, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, Treasurer, City <br />of Falcon Heights <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia <br />and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Willis C.
