CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the <br />11th day of January, 1978. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, <br />and the following members were absent: <br />Councilman McGough introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption:. <br />RESOLUTION 78-3 <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT <br />BOX AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box <br />at the North Star State Bank, 1820 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety box in <br />the Safs Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, be authorized and confirmed for the calendar year of 1978, <br />and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That authority to have access to said <br />safety deposit box until the first day of January, 1979, and to <br />remove any part or all of the contents, is hereby given to the <br />following: <br />Willis C.A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />William H. Black Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, Treasurer, City <br />of Falcon Heights <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Mayor Warkentien and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />j!1 d J <br />WILLIS C.A.
