CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />MAY 10, 1978 <br />Extract of minutes of meeting of the Council of Falcon <br />Heights held May 10, 19.78. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Wednesday <br />May 18, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following <br />were absent: None, <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 78-14 <br />i~ <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey is proposing to reconstruct <br />Roselawn Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Fairview Avenue with <br />financial assistance of the Cities of Falcon Heights and Roseville <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the County is proposing reconstruction of Roselawn <br />Avenue from Fairview to Cleveland Avenue in their 1979 street <br />improvement program and are desirous of both cities to participate <br />in such an improvement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Falcon Heights that the City of Falcon Heights partici- <br />pate with Roseville and Ramsey County in the construction of <br />Roselawn Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue for <br />the year 1979 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Black and upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following voted <br />against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />.ems ~~ ~ ~ ~~-~-_-~' <br />ILLIS C.A.
