Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of <br />July, 1978. <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele <br />and 3rown, and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien. <br />RESOLUTION 78 _~ <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LOCAL AGENT TO INTAKE APPLICATION <br />THROUGH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSITdG AND Ut3BAN <br />DEV~APMENT-FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE. <br />hAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, T~linnescta has <br />made application for HUD Disaster Relief Funds to provide repairs of certain <br />areas in the City due to excessive rainfall and flooding and, <br />U'HEREAS, it is necessary to designate an individual who shall be <br />responsible for application and accounting of said funds through HUD Iisaster <br />Relief Funds. <br />I1i0W THERE;CORE, the City Council appoints the Clerk Administrator of the <br />City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota to be the designee , to apply and administer <br />said Disaster Funds. <br />Councilmember 3rown seconded the motion and upon a vote the following <br />. voted "Aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers I~IcGough, Steele and Brown <br />and the following voted "Nay": None.
