CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the <br />10th day of January, 19?9• <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien Councilmembers <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the i'ollowing were <br />absent: None. <br />Councilmember Black introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 79 -1 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF <br />FALGON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries, and in the past has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville <br />as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated <br />as depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the City <br />Treasurer is authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVF~, that collateral shall be furnished by the North <br />Star State Bank as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following voted against the <br />same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />,~ <br />Willis C.
