RESOLUPION 79-19 <br />• A RESOLtTrION RELATING TO PARKIl~iG'r RESTRICTIOQ~ ON M.S.A.P. <br />FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO FAIRVI.E~W AYENtTE <br />IN THE C1TY OF FALCON ~I(R~TS, SOTA <br />THIS RESOLtTPION, passed this filth way of July ,,,,_ , 1979, <br />by the City of Falcon He3.ghts, in Ramsey County, Mixmesota. The <br />Municipal corporation shaLZ hereinaf tier be ca,Ll.ed the "City"; <br />WITRESSETH: Mayor Warkentien moved adoption of the resolution. <br />WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Roselawn <br />Avenue frnan Cleveland Avenue to Fairview Avemtie, and <br />WHERB~AS, the "City", wi31 be expending Municipal State Aid <br />Funds on the improvement of said Street, and <br />WAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved <br />mi*+i~++m+ standards as previously adopted Por such Municipal State <br />Aid Streets and that approvnt of the proposed construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned <br />upon certain parking restrictions, and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that mould be a <br />necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. <br />19t?W, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOD, that the "City" requests <br />the County to restrict the parking to motor vehicles on the south <br />side of M.S.A.S. 103 (Roselawn Avena~,e) fraan Cleveland Avenue to <br />Fairview Avenue at all times. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember McGouQh and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the folloxing voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br />tilarkentien , Couneilmembers TScGou~h.
