CITY OF FALCON HEIG~ITS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of tiie City of Falcon heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of July, <br />~.9 79 . <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />McGough, Stone, Steele, and Brown, and the following were absent: None. <br />adoption: <br />Councilmember Steele introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION 79-20 <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 79-13, ESTABLISHING A FIRE <br />LANE AT 1607 WEST LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reconsidered their action of April 11, 1979, <br />Resolution 79-13 to change the location of the Fire Lane at 1607 West Larpenteur Ave. <br />and, <br />~JHEREAS, Resolution 79-5 of February l4, 1979 establishing the Fire Lane on <br />the peripheral of the parking lot and with minor corrections to Resolution 79-8 will <br />make it more functional as follows: <br />(a) Remove the two westerly parking slots. <br />(b) Locate the Fire Lane Signs 5' above the sidewalk adjacant to the <br />building from the base of the sign. <br />(c) Place two more reflectorized signs on the building. <br />NOTrl THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that Resolution 79-g <br />shall be in effect subject to the above adjustments and changes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele and Brown, and the following <br />voted against the same: Councilmember McGough. Councilmember Stone abstained. <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Attest: <br />~^ '~ ' <br />t <br />ewan B.
