CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th <br />day of February, 1975. <br />Black, Ecklund,oSteele and~Labalestra,~andtth eo lowingewere absentCi None. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolutioa, and moved <br />its adoptions <br />RESOLUTION #75-10 <br />A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROPOSED CHARTER <br />CHANGES OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY LEAGUE OF <br />MUNICIPALITIES, AS SUBMIT'T'ED TO THE COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County League of Municipalities did send the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights notice of the proposed Charter <br />change, and <br />WHEREAS, a discussion was held by the Falcon Heights City Council <br />with respect to the proposed Charter changes, and <br />WHEREAS, the general consensus of the Falcon Heights City Council <br />was that they were in agreement to the proposed Charter changes, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Falcon Heights does hereby favor the proposed Charter changes of <br />the Ramsey County League of Municipalities that would permit school districts, <br />Washing'~on and Ramsey Counties, to participate in the League as nonvoting <br />members, and the proposed name change of the Ramsey County League of Munici- <br />palities to the Ramsey County League of Local Governments. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayer Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Passed by the City Council this 27th day of February, 1975. <br />.~~:~--, <br />-c~~-di~ ~ ~ . a ~ _.-~~<~ <br />WILLIS C.
