CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of February, 1975. Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolutioa, and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION #75-10 A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROPOSED CHARTER CHANGES OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES, AS SUBMIT'T'ED TO THE COUNCIL WHEREAS, the Ramsey County League of Municipalities did send the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights notice of the proposed Charter change, and WHEREAS, a discussion was held by the Falcon Heights City Council with respect to the proposed Charter changes, and WHEREAS, the general consensus of the Falcon Heights City Council was that they were in agreement to the proposed Charter changes, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights does hereby favor the proposed Charter changes of the Ramsey County League of Municipalities that would permit school districts, Washing'~on and Ramsey Counties, to participate in the League as nonvoting members, and the proposed name change of the Ramsey County League of Munici- palities to the Ramsey County League of Local Governments. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayer Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
