CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 2~.th <br />day of April, 1975. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution, and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #75-15 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS, ENTITLEMENT' PERIOD N0. 6, TO BE <br />EXPENDED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY OPERATING <br />EXPENDITURES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is entitled to receive General <br />Revenue sharing funds under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, <br />Entitlement Period No. 6, (7-1-75 to 6-30-76), and <br />WHEREAS, it is required to designate the proposed use to the Federal <br />Government under this Act, and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />. City of Falcon Heights intends to expend funds for Entitlement Period No. 6 <br />for public safety in the amount of $26,023.00 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREtTPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Passed by the City Council this 2l~th ,day of April, 75. <br />i' <br />i ,, <br />WILLIS C.
