CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of <br />July, 1975 • <br />The following meanbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Steele, and Labalestra, sad the following was absent: Councilman Eckland. ' <br />Mayor Waxkentien introduced the following Resolution, and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #?5-19 <br />A RESOLUTION ISSUING CAANGE ORDER. NUNIDEt~ 1 <br />TO WESTLUND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT <br />A BASEBALL DIAMOND, BACKSTOP WITHOUT HOOD, IN <br />TAE AMJUNT NOT TO EXCEED $l~,092.00 <br />WHEREAS, Robert 0. Westland Construction Company has submitted a <br />change order, Number 1, in the amount of $I~,092.00 for the construction of a <br />baseball diamond and backstop without hood at the Falcon Heights Community Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon He~.ghts to approve Change Order Number 1 as submitted by Robert 0. <br />Westland Construction Compares in the amount of $l~,092.00 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and <br />Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />ON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />PASSED by the City Council this 10th day of July, 1975• <br />,~7~, ;, <br />.~ ~ ,r f; <br />a"" ~ > //l"' ~J / ,a/~,,~~ <br />I C .
