<br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION 75-24 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AIVD ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATION <br />OF THE PLPu~TNING COMMISSION TO KEEP IN FORCE AND EFFECT <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 118 OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 118 of the City of Falcon <br />Heights is an amendment to Ordinance No. 64, the zoning ordinance <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, and restricts the parking of <br />vehicles on unsurfaced portions of lots within the City, and <br />said ordinance was passed by the Village Council on April 13, <br />1972; and <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City <br />Council to repeal Ordinance No. 118 so as to allow the parking <br />of vehicles on unsurfaced portions of lots, particularly during <br />fair week; and <br />WHEREAS, said petition was referred by the City Council <br />to the Planning Commission for study and recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission, after hearing, <br />recommends that Ordinance No. 118 be kept in full force and <br />effect; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City of <br />Falcon ~ieights that Ordinance No. 118 shall not be repealed <br />and shall remain in full force and effect. <br />The reasons for this action are: <br />1.
