• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th daT of Januar~-, 1976. <br />The following members were pr®sents Mayor Warkenti®n, Councilmen Black, <br />St~e1e, and Labalestra, <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Ecklund. <br />Major Warkentien ,introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-2 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE <br />LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the Cit~r of Falcon Heights doea not have a bank within its boundaries, <br />and in the past has designated the Roseville Bank of Roseville, Minnesotan as its <br />depositotq for the funds of the CitT of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW, TH&&EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, bT th® Cit7 Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Ban1c be designated as depository for the <br />liquor funds of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights and the Cit, Treasurer is authorized <br />to deposit liquor funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished bT the Roseville <br />State Bank as required bT law. <br />Th• motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wan dull seconded b7 <br />Councilman Black and upon a vote bong taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All present, <br />and the following voted against tho sane: <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared <br />None. <br />dul.~- pass®d and adopted. <br />;' <br />~ ~ t ~ <br />~~~, <br />WILLIS C.
