.r'°. <br /> <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held <br />on the 11th day of March, 1976. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Black, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was <br />absent: Mayor Warkentien. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution, <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76~ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR AROMA STREET STORM <br />SEWER CONSTRUC?ION AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, INC- <br />LUDING t30ULEVARD AND STREET RESTORATION FROM CALIFORNIA <br />TO HOYT, MSA N0. l2l~-101-05; CRAWFORD STREET RECON- <br />STRUCTION FROM SMELLING TO AROMA, MSA N0. 121-10lt-01; <br />AND GARDEN AVENUE WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO LOOP <br />HAMLINE, ALHERT, AND HOLTON AVENUES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />has revi~,red the plans and specifications for construction of <br />Arona Street store sewer, Crawford Street reconstruction, and <br />Garden Avenue water Hain extension, as submitted by the City <br />Engineer, and <br />h~R.EA5, the City Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the City of Falcon Heights construct storm sewer <br />and necessary appurtenances, including boulevard and street <br />restoration on Arona Street from California to Hoyt Avenues, MSA <br />Project No. 12t~-101-05, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the City of Falcon Heights construct grading, <br />base, bituminous surfacing, curb and gutter, and related appurtenances <br />on Crawford Street from Snelling Drive to Arona Street, MSA <br />Project No. 12l~-10lt-01, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient to loop the water main extension on Garden Avenue <br />between Harnline, Albert, and Holton Avenues because of low crater <br />pressure in that area, <br />NOW, Z~REF'ORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, that approval be given the plans <br />and specifications submitted by the City Engineer for the above- <br />mentioned projects. <br />• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Acting Mayor Bla.ek, and upon a vote being taken, <br />
