CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS • r~ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of April, 1976. The following members wars present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- men Black, Ecklund, Steel®, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None. Councilman Ecklund introduced the following resolution and :coved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 76-13 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR 1976 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND SETTING A DATE FOR BIDS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has approved the plans and specifications for 1976 improvement projects, i.e., Arona Street stornn sewer construction and necessary appurtenances, including boulevard and street restoration from California to Hoyt, Crawford Street reconstruction from Snelling to Arona, and Garden Avenue water main extension to loop Hamline, Albert, and Holton Avenues, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has set the date for bid opening for the above-reentioned projects at 2:00 p.m., May 25, 1976, with the award of bids to be Wade at the regular meeting of the Council on May 27, 1976, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights that authorization be given the Clerk-Administrator to advertise for bids for 1976 improvement projects, as submitted by the City Engineer, and, also, that authorization be given to award the bids for 1976 improvement projects. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
