CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on <br />the 27th day of May, 1976. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Steele introduced the following Resolution, and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 76-20 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1 TO ALLIED BLACKTOP <br />COMPANY DELETING PART III FOR ~ Il~ROVEMENT OF TAE COMMiTNITY <br />PARK PARKING LOT IN THE ANiJUNT OF $l~,520.66 AS LISTED IN THE <br />BID FOR 1976 STREET MAINTENANCE AND SERI, COATING. <br />WIi.FRFAS, the City Council of <br />the dontract for the 1976 seal coating <br />in the amount of $17,971.96, and <br />the City of Falcon Heights has awarded <br />pro3ect to Allied Blacktop Company <br />WAEREAS, the City Council is desirious of deleting Part III of said <br />bid improving the Community Park parking lot in the amount of $l~,520.66 <br />as listed in the bid <br />NOW, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcoa Heights, that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator be authorized <br />to execute said document to delete the Falcon Heights Community Park <br />parking lot improvement in the amount of $1,520.66 and to further notify <br />Allied Blacktop Compagy of said deletion. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof : Councilmen B7.ack, Steele, land Labalestra, and <br />the following voted against the same: Mayor Warkentien and Councilman <br />Ecklund.
