CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota mas held on the <br />10th day of June, 1976. <br />~e folloWi.ng memsbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Ecklund and Lab+~lestra, and the following Were absents Councilmen B7.ack <br />and Steele. <br />Counci]~aan Labelestra introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION #76-2I~ <br />A RESOLUTION R,E9CIl~IDING RESOLUTION #76-20 AND IN- <br />CLUDING II~ROV~NT OF TRg COIrII+lUDiITt PARK PARKII~r <br />LOT IN ~ 1976 STRRET MAINTENANCE AND SEAL COAT- <br />II~G CONTRACT WITH ALLIED BLACKTOP COHPANY IN ~ <br />AHOTJNT OF $1~, 520.66 TO BE PAID FROM ~E GB'~tE$AL <br />FUND. <br />WH~AS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights did, on <br />May 27th, 1976, delete the Community Park Parking Lot Improvehent fr~aa <br />the Al11d Blacktop Ca~any~s 1976 Sealcoating Contract in the amount <br />of $!~, 50.66, and <br />SEAS, the City Council has reconsidered their action of Hay <br />~7s 1976, and is desirous of red.nstating that portion of the Contract <br />to in~rove the Falcon Heights Ca®unity Park parking lot, <br />NOi~T, SORE, BE IT RESOL1, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights to add the Falcon Heights Ccm~unj.ty Park Parking Lot <br />Contract orginal],p awarded to Allied Blacktop Compagy in the amount of <br />$1,520.66.
