CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of <br />• January, 1977. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 77-1~ <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has a concern <br />in respect to the traffic flow at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights believes this <br />could be alleviated by installing a four-way stop sign, thereby permitting traffic <br />to flow more evenly on Roselawn Avenue for traffic going East and West. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights requests Ramsey County to conduct a survey at said intersection (Roselawn <br />and Cleveland Avenues) to determine the feasibility of installing four-way stop <br />signs which would permit a more even flow of traffic on Roselawn and Cleveland <br />Avenues, especially at said intersection. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly second- <br />ed by Mayor Warkentien and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and <br />Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None. <br />1r~HEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />,~ _ % <br />~i~'_-~~..c..1 ~ t ~~ vf~~'~~i~ /'C-c~:~..~i.t..~... <br />WILLIS C.
