CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of <br />• January , 1977. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 77-5 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights is concerned <br />about the existing condition of Roselawn Avenue from Hamline Avenue westerly to <br />Fulham Street, and <br />WHEREAS, said thoroughfare is under the jurisdiction of Ramsey County, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County submitted plans to the City of Falcon Heights <br />for review and approval at their regular meeting of June 26, 1963, for recon- <br />struction within eight years to a ~t~ foot width to provide two 12 foot lanes and <br />two 10 foot parking lanes, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council feels this project is long overdue, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights hereby requests the Board of Commissioners of the County of Ramsey to <br />• initiate action to upgrade Roselawn Avenue from Hamline Avenue westerly to <br />Fulham Street in reference to their plans which the City Council approved at <br />their June 26, 1963, regular meeting. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly second- <br />ed by Councilman Labalestra and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklund, Steele and <br />Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />///' <br />WILLIS C.
