VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of January, 1972. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Stone, <br />Taylor. The following members were absent: Councilman Black. <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 22,~~-0FFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its boundaries <br />and in the past has designated North Star State Bank of Roseville its depository for <br />the funds of the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated as deposi- <br />tort' for the funds of the Village of Falcon Heights and the Village Treasurer is <br />authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the North Star <br />State Bank required by Law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Stone, Taylor, and the following <br />voted against: None.
