~- RESOLUTION 72-7. VILLAGE OF FAIR ON HEIGHT S Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights xas duly called and held at the Council rooms of said Village on April 13, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. The following members xere presemt: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone and Taylor. The following members were absent : None. The following Resolution xas introduced by Councilman Black, who moved its adoptioa: RESOLUTION APPROV'TNG LEO F. POTHEN~S RDQUEST FOR A SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 82 FEED OF THE SDUTH 522 FEET OF THE EAST 167 FEET OF THE NORTH- EAST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (NE ~ of SW ~~ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, SUBJEDT TO HAMLINE AVENUE, ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES GOP~'P SURVEY THEREOF. WHEREAS, Leo F. Pother is the owner of certain real estate located in the Village of Falcon Heights used for single-family residence, and WFIEREAS, said owner has submitted to the Village Council plans and data pursuaat to Ordinance No. 69, Paragraph 3, of said Village for a proposed plan for a subdivision of an existing lot by metes and bounds description April 13, 1972. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Said proposed subdivision is hereby approved the Village Council of the Pillage of Falcon Heights, in accordance xith the Certifi+~~`~. Cate of Survelr of F. J. Armstrong dated Ma4y, 1952, submitted to the Village of Falcon He3.ghts Council and on file with the Clerk-Aciainistrator thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution xas duly seconded by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentiarl, Councilmen Black, Ecklnnd, Stone, Taylor, and the following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution xas declared duly passed and adopted. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
