VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
<br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of July, 1972.
<br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone,
<br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Taylor.
<br />Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />1972 SANITARY SEWER CLEANING AWARDED TO AMERICAN PIPE
<br />SERVICES, 2231 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA

<br />WHEREAS,. The Council of the Village of Falcon Heights does intend on having a
<br />major sanitary sewer cleaning and has advertised for Bids in the official newspaper
<br />and the following Bids were received:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
<br />Falcon Heights,that the Bid be awarded for the 1972 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Project to
<br />American Pipe Services, 2231 Edgewood Avenue, South, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the
<br />amount of $17,610 (Bid A) and Alternate Bid A-1 additional televising set ups at
<br />$105 each.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman
<br />Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
<br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and the following voted against: None,
<br />Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
