CITY' OF FALCY3N HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due-call and notice thereof,;a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of <br />January, 1974- <br />The following members were present : Mavnr Wa rkRnia Pn ~ .cynni 1 mc-n Rl an <br />_~...r~ ~ <br />Erkl nnrl anr9 StAal R , <br />and the following were ab-sent: Councilwoman Stocker <br />~~incilman .Steele introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESQLtTtTON #~~ 1 <br />RESOLUT'YON ]7ESIGNtATING THE OFFICIAL`` DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE aE~iA.L AND SINKING., FUNDS OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HE~~TS ~ ~ , <br />WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights;does not have a bank within its bonndariea <br />and in the past has .designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, as its depository <br />for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the .City of <br />Falcon Heights: That the North Stare. State Bank of Roseville, be designated as <br />depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is <br />authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the North <br />Star State Bank required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following-voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warken ;en,.
