FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of February, 197?. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Steele, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent: <br />None . <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #7l~-7 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF $.50 IN COM- <br />PENSATION FOR THE FALCON HEIGHTS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPART- <br />MENT, RETROACTIVE AS OF JANUARY 1, 197 <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department have <br />been receiving compensation for their Fire and Dri11 Time at $I~.00 and $3.00 <br />respectively, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council allotted a raise in compensation for Fire and <br />Dri11 Time during the adoption of the 197t~ Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights, that it authorized an increase of $.50 per hour for compensation <br />for Fire Time, and $.50 per Dri11 Time for the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire <br />Departn~nt, to be retroactive as of January 1, 197. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />• by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Councilmen Black and Steele, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the <br />following voted against the same: Mayor Warkentien.
