CITY OF FALCON HEIGHT S <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of June, 197l~. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Steele and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Councilman Ecklund. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7l~-16 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR 197It STREET MAINTENANCE' <br />AND SEALCOATING PROJECT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $12,501.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK-ADMIN- <br />ISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has awarded the <br />contract for the 1971 Sealcoating Pro3ect to Allied Blacktop, in the amount <br />of $12,501.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City.. <br />of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator are authorized to <br />execute the 197l~ Sealcoating contract. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />• and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />i <br />~~ <br />WILL IS C.
