CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Counc it
<br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of June, 197.
<br />• The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Councilman Ecklund.
<br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION 7~.-17
<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE COMMUNITY PARK
<br />BUILDING TO ROBERT 0. WESTLUND, EXCLUDING ALTERNATE
<br />E-1, IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,876.52, AS PER THE RECOMMENDATION
<br />OF THE CITY ENGINEER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
<br />CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACTS.
<br />WHEREAS, the following

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
<br />Falcon Heights that the City accept the low bid of Robert 0. Westland, in the

<br />76.62, and the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby
<br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Robert 0. Westland.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
<br />by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
<br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and Labalestra,
<br />and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad ted.
