CZTY 4F FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Fal con Heights, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of September, <br />1971. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Slack, <br />Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: None. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #71~-20 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROPING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO <br />ALLIED BLACKTOPPING COMPANY, FOR THE 19711 <br />SEALCOATING PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,601.09 <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights awarded the bid for <br />the 1971 Sealcoating Project to Allied Blacktopping Companpr, 3601 lx8th Avenue <br />North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the amount of $11,601.09, for sealcoating <br />and street maintenance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'P HEREBY RESOQ,VED, by the City Cowzcil of the City of <br />Falcon Heights, that the 1971 Sealcoating Project and street maintenance has been <br />satisfactorily completed, and the Council authorizes final paymetrt to be made <br />in the amount of $606.03. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />• in favor thereof: Mayor Warkerrtien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and <br />Labalestra, and the following mooted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad ~. <br />~ %,/ <br />~~ <br />'.~~~ C `, ~. ~-~ ~~' cz~ <br />WILLTS C.
