CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS No. R-02-03 <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />January 9, 2002 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR 2002 <br />WHEREAS The City of Falcon Heights provides services for a fee; and <br />WHEREAS The City utilizes these fees to offset cost of providing the services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />The following fee changes are hereby adopted: <br />Zoning Review: $50.00 if more than two hours of review needed <br />Variance Request: $100.00 <br />• Community Park Rental $100.00 + tax, $35/additional hour <br />City Hall Rental $100/first three hours, $35/each additional hour; no setup for private parties; $100 setup <br />charge for meetings or conferences; $40 chamber only/three hours, $60 kitchen and east- <br />side ofmulti-purpose room/three hours; $200 damage deposit. <br />Recreation Fees: <br />Maintain current policy of charging non-resident fee which mirrors surrounding communities; currently $6.00 <br />per non-resident. <br />Moved by: Lamb <br />GEHRZ 5 In Favor <br />KUETTEL <br />LAMB 0 Against <br />LINDSTROM <br />TALBOT <br />Approved by: <br />Mayor <br />January 9, 2002 <br />Date <br />Attested by: <br />City Clerk <br />January 9, 2002 <br />Date <br /> <br />
