• <br />No. 2004-01 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: Januarv 7, 2004 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR THE <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />that the following financial institutions be designated as depositories for funds of the City of <br />Falcon Heights: <br />US Bank System, LMC 4M Fund (checking account) <br />US Bank National Association <br />RBC Dain Rauscher <br />Citigroup Global Mkts, Inc. (formerly Solomon Smith Barney) <br />Edward D. Jones <br />Wachovia Securities (formerly Prudential) <br />Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M Fund) and (4M Plus Fund) <br />MBIA Municipal Investors Service Corporation <br />US Bancorp Piper Jaffrey <br />Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administrator or Finance Director is <br />authorized to deposit general and other funds therein and handle investments and transfers of <br />funds for the City of Falcon Heights.
