• <br />N O. 2005-04 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: April 27, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING MODEL POLICY <br />AND APPOINTING OFFICIALS <br />WHEREAS, the Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, directs <br />the City to adopt policies and procedures and to designate City officials. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Model Policy, public access to Government Data and right of subjects of <br />data, prepared by the Minnesota Department of Administration is adopted as a <br />City Policy. <br />2. Pursuant to the Act, Heather M. Worthington is designated as the City's <br />"Responsible Authority" and "Data Practices Compliance Official". <br />ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on April 27, 2005. <br />Susan L.
