CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />N0.2005-20 <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />November 23, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSMENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF A <br />DISEASED ELM TREE AT 1687 LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the property owner at 1687 Larpenteur Avenue has requested that the City <br />of Falcon Heights remove a diseased elm tree on the property; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to complete this work, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into <br />an agreement with the property owner to remove the tree; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights does hereby impose a special assessment of $2,742.38 with 6% interest over 10 <br />years totaling $3,647.37 starting January 1, 2006. <br />Moved by: Lindstrom <br />GEHRZ All In Favor <br />Approved by: <br />Susan L.
