• MINUTES <br />PLANNING COPg4ISSI0N MEETING <br />APRIL 6, 1987 <br />Chairman Black called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. <br />Black, Northrop, Grittner, Daykin, Boche, Duncan and Nestingen. Also PRESENT <br />present was Council Liaison Wallin. <br />Mead and Finegan. ABSENT <br />Grittner moved, seconded by Boche, that the March 2, 1987 Minutes are MARCH 2 <br />approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />Lee Simons, 1811 North Pascal, requested a variance to construct an <br />addition to four feet from the lot line. The addition will also include VARIANCE <br />excavation of a basement under the addition. He presented a letter from LEE SIMONS, <br />his neighbors, the Ezlers, voicing no objection. After a discussion 1811 PASCAL, <br />concerning drainage, distance to the Er.ler's property and type of APPROVED <br />exterior construction, Grittner moved, seconded by Daykin to approve the <br />variance as requested. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Leo Klisch, 1757 Fry Street, requested a permitted accessory use for the PERMITTED <br />construction of a utility building and a variance to extend his garage ACCESSORY USE <br />length eight feet. Present garage and proposed extension is six feet AND VARIANCE <br />• <br />from the side lot line. The utility building will be used for storage LEO KLISCH, <br />and the addition to the garage will allow an area for a work bench. 1757 FRY, <br />Mr. Klisch presented a letter from his neighbor, Viola Golden, voicing APPROVED <br />no objection to the garage addition. After a short discussion, Boche <br />moved, seconded by Duncan, that the permitted accessory use and variance <br />request be approved. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Duncan moved, seconded by Daykin, to adjourn the meeting at 7:53 P.M.
