• <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />OCTOBER 5, 1987 <br />• <br />Black, Mead, Finegan, Boche, Grittner, Nestingen, Northrop & Daykin. Also <br />present was Council Liaison Wallin. <br />Duncan. <br />Boche moved, seconded by Mead, to approve the August 3, t987 Minutes <br />ae presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Gary Langer, 1740 Simpson, requested a variance to construct a <br />utility building four feet from the north lot line. Mr. Langer <br />advised that he wishes to position the utility shed on the property <br />so as not to disturb a tree while still allowing enough space from <br />the property line to maintain the property. His neighbors voiced no <br />objections. The shed will be 8 feet by 10 feet in size and placed <br />on a treated wood floor. Finegan moved, seconded by Nestingen to <br />approve the variance request to construct an eight foot by ten foot <br />utility shed four feet from the north property line.
