2/22/16 <br />Chief Colvard, <br />I am stepping down as Training Lieutenant of the Hugo Fire Department. I will be moving to the <br />Firefighter position. I would like to make this move effective immediately. <br />This move comes after many months of consideration. I feel I am not performing up to the standards of <br />the position with the amount of available time I have. I would like to thank you and the city for giving <br />me the opportunity to serve as an officer and for the training I have received. I will still be an active part <br />of the department and look forward to a lengthy career here. <br />Thank you, <br />Kevin Kriegshauser <br />
