Resolution 2016 - <br />Page 2 <br />a. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the City Engineer's <br />memo dated February 18, 2016. <br />b. The developer shall provide an escrow in the amount of $10,150 to purchase <br />wetland banking credits in the event that the in -advance, project specific credits, <br />are not available. <br />c. The developer shall revise the final plat to show a drainage and utility easement <br />over the remaining wetland on site. <br />d. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the Washington <br />County memo dated February 10, 2016. <br />e. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, county, state, and federal permits. <br />f. All escrows, fees, and charges shall be paid. <br />8. Prior to the issuance of any building permits and release of any remaining escrow, the <br />developer must comply with the following conditions: <br />a. The developer shall file the Final Plat and associated documents at Washington <br />County. Proof of recording must be provided to the City. <br />b. Documentation that the developer has been added to the Frenchman Place Road <br />Owners Association, Inc. and shares in responsibility of maintenance of common <br />areas, including private drives, shared signage, etc. shall be submitted for City <br />review and approval and recorded with the final plat. <br />c.
