Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf <br />i PO Box 373 <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br />Good Neighborswww.hugofoodshelf.org <br />.... 651-528-6224 <br />February 5, 2oi6 <br />Dear Business Owner or Manager, <br />The Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf (HGNFS) is currently planning our 51' Annual Pasta Dinnerto raise <br />funds for the new food shelf building. HGNFS continues to see significant growth in both the number of <br />clients and the amounts of food donations. We do not foresee the need for our services to decline. That <br />is why we come to you seeking your support to help us pay off our new building which is allowing us to <br />better meet the needs of our families and clients, expanded our food storage capabilities, updated our <br />facilities with better heating and cooling systems, and added indoor plumbing. <br />This year our "Pasta Dinner/New Food Shelf Building Fundraiser" will be held Saturday, April z, 1016 <br />from 6PM to qPM. The Hugo American Legion has again kindly donated their space to us to hold our <br />festivities. We hope that you will join us for an evening of dinner, games, door prizes, and live & silent <br />auctions. The dinner will include the pasta entree, salad, bread, beverage and dessert. In addition we <br />will have music provided by a DJ and a cash bar. <br />Dinnertickets may be purchased in advance from Lake Area Bank orthe Hugo Feed Millfor s15.00 <br />a piece for adults. <br />Same day tickets maybe purchased at the door for: Adults - 5i5.00; and Kids under to yrs old - <br />S8.00 (kids 3 & under—no charge). <br />Doors open at 6PM for those with dinnertickets and at7PMfor the general public. <br />How else can you help? <br />• We are currently accepting event sponsorships and donations for our silent auction. Any sellable <br />items, gift certificates and monetary donations are welcomed and highly appreciated! As a <br />contributor, your business name and/or your name will be highlighted on our event signage.
