Staff had received three applications. The meeting will begin at 7:00 <br />p.m. in the conference room at City Hall. <br />Metro Cities Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2015 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council of the meeting scheduled for Thursday, April <br />21, 2016 at the University Club, 420 Summit Avenue, St. Paul. The event will begin at 5:30 <br />p.m. with a social hour, followed by a presentation on elections by Professor David Schultz. <br />Habitat for Humanity Home Dedication on Saturday, April 23, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they have been invited to the Twin Cities <br />Habitat for Humanity dedication ceremony for eight families who have built homes in Generation <br />Acres. The dedication will be on Saturday, April 23rd at loam. The dedications last about 40 <br />minutes with time for the homebuyers, sponsors, Habitat staff and board to all share briefly. The <br />City Council is invited to attend and to say a few words during the program if they wish. <br />Joint Lions Park Workshop on Thursday, April 28, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council of the joint workshop scheduled with the Parks, <br />Recreation, and Open Space Commission to discuss phasing and funding options for the <br />development of Lions Park. The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 7 p.m. <br />Spring Cleanup on Saturday, April 30, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council the City of Hugo will hold its annual Spring <br />Cleanup event on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Hugo Public Works Department from 8 a.m. to <br />noon. <br />Kidz n' Biz Fest on Saturday, April 30, 2016 <br />The Annual Kidz n'Biz Fest will take place on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Oneka Elementary <br />School from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Council has scheduled this as a meeting to attend. <br />Six Cities Meeting on Thursday. Mav 26.2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear talked about the Met Council Joint Water Utility Feasibility <br />Study that was completed in December, 2015. This study reviews the potential to combine the <br />municipal water systems of six cities: Centerville, Circle Pines, Columbus, Hugo, Lexington, <br />and Lino Lakes. He informed Council that a meeting is scheduled with all six cities for <br />Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 7 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />
