CITY OF HUGO <br />MINUTES FOR THE BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING <br />THURSDAY, APRIL 14, 2016 <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Petryk <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Assessor Dan Raboin, and Community <br />Development Intern Rachel Leitz <br />Property Owner Appeals <br />The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of <br />reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2017. <br />The Board discussed appeals from property owners of three separate parcels who appeared <br />before them and seven maintenance changes as prepared by the City Assessor that were prepared <br />prior to this meeting. <br />Council agreed to make all changes as discussed. <br />All Ayes.
