MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON JUNE 2, 2014 <br />Acting Mayor Petryk called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bronk, Haas, Klein, Petryk <br />ABSENT: Weidt <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Engineer <br />Jay Kennedy, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />May 19, 2014 City Council Meeting <br />Klein made motion, Bronk seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting on <br />May 19, 2014 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />May 19, 2014 Executive Session <br />Petryk made motion, Bronk seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council Executive <br />Session on May 19, 2014 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />May 20, 2014 Health Partners Anniversary Celebration <br />Bronk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the May 20, 2014 Health <br />Partners Anniversary Celebration as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the agenda as amended. <br />Add to administration presentations: Update on Hugo Good Neighbor Days Parade <br />Add to Unfinished Business: Update on NRI <br />Add to Council Presentations: Open House for Habitat for Humanity <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Update on Hugo Good Neighbor Days Parade <br />Katie Riopel, the "Parade Lady", stated that she has been doing the parade for 19 years and this <br />will be her last year. She encouraged anyone interested to step forward, or there will not be a <br />parade next year. This year's theme is "wild, wild, west", and she invited the Council to be a <br />part of the parade. The Council thanked her for all the years she has worked making the parade a <br />success. <br />
