Call to Order and Welcome & 2. Introductions <br />Mayor Miron called the meeting to order and the attendees introduced themselves. <br />3. I -35E Mn Pass <br />Brad Larsen, Minnesota Department of Transportation, provided an update on the I -35E <br />Mn Pass program. Supporting legislation was not approved by the state in the 2012 <br />session but construction is proceeding as part of the I-35 E Cayuga Project and with <br />existing Mn Pass authority. MnDOT is planning the addition of MnPASS Express Lanes <br />on I-35 E between Pennsylvania Avenue and Little Canada Road. <br />Wayne Norris, Minnesota Department of Transportation, provided an update on the <br />current construction of the Maryland Avenue bridge. <br />Larsen said that there will be public outreach to provide information on construction and <br />operation of the I-35 E Mn Pass lanes. <br />4. Update on the Rush Line Corridor <br />Washington County Senior Planner Ann Pung-Terwedo provided an update on the Rush <br />Line Corridor Project. As of October 31, 2012, the contract expires to provide bus <br />service to Forest Lake and Columbus. The Rush Line Task Force is planning to conduct <br />a detailed alternative analysis to look at all types of transportation options and how they <br />may be integrated. <br />5. Discussion on I-35 Study <br />Wayne Norris, Minnesota Department of Transportation, provided an update on the I-35 <br />Corridor Study. The study focused on transit ridership and managed facility options. <br />Recommendations from the study will be available in November, 2012. <br />
