Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for November 5, 2012 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />December 6, 2012 Annual Holiday Party <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear provided a reminder of the 2012 Annual Holiday party on <br />Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Hugo American Legion beginning with social hour at 5:30 <br />p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. This party is held for Hugo's Commissions and Boards in <br />appreciation for the volunteer work. Anyone interested in attending should contact City Clerk <br />Michele Lindau to RSVP by November 21, 2012. <br />Expiration of Watershed District Terms <br />The City has been notified of Watershed Districts' terms that expire in 2013. In order to give cities <br />enough time to recommend individuals for appointment on the Watershed District Boards, the <br />County has provided a list of expiration dates in 2013, and is requesting Council provide a list of <br />nominees to these positions at least 60 days prior the expiration of the term. <br />John Waller, who serves on the Board, thanked the Council for their letter of recommendation on his <br />reappointment. <br />Small Business Saturday on November 24 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Hugo Business Association will be holding <br />a Small Business Saturday Shop Local Event on Saturday, November 24, 2012. He will provide <br />more information at the next Council meeting. <br />Adjournment <br />Haas made motion, Weidt seconded, to adjourn at 8:56 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
