MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REALTORS WORKSHOP <br />November 8, 2012 <br />9:00 a.m. —12:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Council Members Haas, Klein, Petryk, Miron <br />ABSENT: Council Member Weidt <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Planner Rachel Juba, Parks Planner Shayla <br />Syverson, Building Official Chuck Preisler, Public Works Director Scott Anderson, and <br />Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse. <br />This workshop was held by St. Paul Realtors Association and is designed to teach and update <br />realtors on information regarding the City of Hugo. Approximately 30 local realtors attended. <br />Staff in attendance presented information about the City of Hugo related to their departments. <br />Presenting information on their respective school district were: Marisa Vette and Superintendent <br />Dr. Michael Lovett from the White Bear Lake School District, Superintendent Linda Masden <br />from the Forest Lake School District, Superintendent Dr. Mark Larson from the Mahtomedi <br />School District, and Superintendent Dr. Corey Lunn from the Stillwater School District. Sheriff <br />William Hutton provided information on the Washington County Sheriff's Department, and Fire <br />Chief Kevin Colvard provided information on the Hugo Fire Department. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Bryan Bear <br />City Administrator <br />
