Town Hall Meeting with Minnesota State Legislature Representatives <br />Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. <br />Hugo City Hall - Oneka Room <br />Present: Mayor Fran Miron, Councilmembers Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk and Tom Weidt <br />Absent: Councilmember Phil Klein <br />Also Present: City Administrator Mike Ericson, State Representative Bob Dettmer, State <br />Senator Ray Vandeveer, and State Representative Matt Dean <br />About 20 people and Hugo residents attended the Hugo Town Hall meeting with State <br />Representative Bob Dettmer, State Representative Matt Dean and State Senator Ray <br />Vandeveer to discuss the legislative session and state budget. <br />Attendees each took turns speaking to the state legislature leaders about issues of concern <br />to them. Hugo City Council members shared their issues of concern on behalf of <br />residents. <br />The legislature leaders expressed their appreciation to all of the attendees for taking time <br />in their busy schedules to attend the town hall meeting. <br />Mayor Miron adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Michael A.
