City of Hugo <br />Minutes for the City Wide Bus Tour <br />Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 4:00 p.m. <br />Oneka Elementary School <br />Present: Council Members Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Mike Granger, and Mayor Fran Miron (6:20 p.m.) <br />Absent: Council Member Frank Puleo <br />Others Present: City Administrator Mike Ericson, Community Development Director Bryan Bear, Public Works <br />Director Scott Anderson, Associate Planner Rachel Simone, Community Development Assistant Dennis Fields, <br />and Commission Members. <br />Participants of the City wide bus tour met in the parking lot at Oneka Elementary School and boarded the bus <br />for departure at 4:00 p.m. The City wide bus tour involved a total of 20 sites and stops, which was narrated by <br />Community Development Director Bryan Bear with assistance from City Administrator Mike Ericson and <br />Public Works Director Scott Anderson. Many questions were asked by Commission members and Council <br />members. Everyone agreed that this annual bus tour is very helpful in understanding current and future City <br />issues. The tour concluded at the Rice Lake Centre at 6:00 where dinner was served to the participants. <br />The meeting was adjourned by the Mayor at 6:30 p.m. and the bus returned everyone back to the Oneka <br />Elementary School. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Michael A.
