The sidewalks within the development shall be interconnected and connect to the <br />public trail through the development. <br />u. A 10 foot wide trail easement shall be dedicated for the public trail. The exact <br />trail location shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />v. The trail location shall be setback 10 feet from the neighboring property to the <br />west. <br />w.
