RESOLUTION 2014-21 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHRISTINA VINT FOR A 6,600 <br />SQUARE FOOT INDOOR HORSE RIDING ARENA FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 13961 ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Christina Vint has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow an indoor <br />horse riding arena for property located at 13961 Ehncrest Avenue North. <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as follows: <br />(Please see attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request on June 26, 2014, at a duly <br />called a public hearing and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for <br />an indoor horse riding arena at 13961 Everton Avenue North, subject to the following findings: <br />1. The proposed use is keeping with the spirit and intent of the ordinance <br />2. The proposed use is compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the character of <br />the surrounding area. <br />3.
