RESOLUTION 2012-19 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROGER CAPAUL TO ALLOW <br />FOR ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE TO BE UP TO 125% OF THE <br />PERMITTED SIZE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12173 JANERO AVE N. <br />WHEREAS, Roger Capaul has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow two <br />accessory buildings totaling 4,360 square feet for the property legally described as follows: <br />SEE ATTACHED <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing <br />and recommends approval and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit <br />request by Roger Capaul to allow for two accessory buildings totaling 4,360 square feet, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The accessory building shall be used for only personal storage and not for business <br />related activities. <br />2. The accessory building shall comply with the setback requirements in the Rural <br />Residential zoning district. <br />3. The 400 square foot storage shed shall be demolished prior to the issuance of a building <br />final for the proposed 2,560 square foot building. <br />4. The proposed building shall meet all requirements under section 90-204 of the City Code. <br />5.
