RESOLUTION 2012-21 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GLAMOS WIRE PRODUCTS IN THE <br />GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />5564152ND STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Glamos Family Limited Partnership has requested approval of a site plan to <br />construct a warehouse addition that will be approximately 22,283 square feet on the <br />property located at 5564 152nd Street legally described as follows: <br />See Attached Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan to Glamos Family Limited Partnership for a warehouse addition on the property <br />located at 5564152nd Street subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The proof of parking shall be constructed as deemed necessary by the City <br />if parking issues occur. Staff shall review and approve construction <br />documents prior to installation of proof of parking. <br />2. Drainage and utility easements shall be recorded over the stormwater <br />facilities. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining stormwater <br />facilities and vegetation proposed as a part of the project. A maintenance <br />agreement between the City and the applicant shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the City then recorded against the property prior to the start <br />of grading activities on the site. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />3. All items in the engineer's memo dated July 3, 2012. shall be completed. <br />4. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign <br />permits. <br />Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy: <br />5. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. <br />6. All landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />
