RESOLUTION 2012-22 <br />APPROVING A RENEWAL OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE, ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17627 HENNA AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Terry Luedeke has requested approval of a renewal of an interim use permit <br />to allow for the operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing <br />and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Terry Luedeke for renewal of an interim use permit to allow for the operation <br />of a home occupation as an accessory use, subject to the following findings and <br />conditions: <br />1. The interim home occupation satisfies the performance standards for interim <br />home occupations and the conditions of the home occupation interim use permit. <br />The applicant currently meets all the conditions listed in the interim use permit. <br />2. The interim home occupation has been operating without violation of city <br />ordinances or significant impact on surrounding neighbors. The impacts of the <br />home occupation on surrounding properties are not significant and are not <br />substantially different than the impacts of agricultural uses that are allowed on the <br />property. <br />3. The interim home occupation is operating as the same type of business at the <br />same scale and intensity as originally approved. <br />4. The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit <br />5. The permit shall be approved for duration of six months.
